Amya's been involved with Education Elevated from a distance for as long as she can remember. She has assisted with fundraisers in the past, and spent a summer in middle school assisting with the website and sitting in on board meetings.
My Story
She has always held the belief that education should be accessible to every person, regardless of location or ability. Education is at the root of an empathetic and equitable society, and is ecstatic to participate in a organization that expands that access in a meaningful way.
Amya's biggest passion is helping people in any way she can. She's been working in geriatric healthcare since 2022 with a current position as a Unit Secretary at a rehabilitation hospital and is in the process of becoming an RN to work in patient advocacy.
