A Place to Rest, Grow, and Dream

The Chyangba Girls Dormitory Project

Why This Project Matters

For many of the girls who attend the Chyangba Village School in Nepal, education means living far from home. During the ten-month school year they stay near the campus so they can continue their studies and build a brighter future.

Until recently, the girls shared large floor mattresses placed side-by-side in a crowded room. Space was limited, and many had to share bedding while doing their best to study, rest, and grow.

Today, thanks to the generosity of our supporters, the girls now have a dedicated dormitory where each student has her own sleeping space, bed, and bedding. What was once a crowded room has become a safe, comfortable home where they can rest, focus on school, and dream about the future.
